Assessing Tree-Related Operational Risk Webinar

Host: Duntemann Urban Forestry, LLC

Tree-related risk takes on several forms for a tree-care company, organizations or agencies that manage systems of trees.  These can be categorized into four types of risk: harm, fiscal loss, loss of credibility and loss of productivity.  While the industry tends to focus, understandably, on managing the risk of harm, a comprehensive risk management plan addresses the interrelatedness of all four risk types.  This webinar is focused on identifying, analyzing, and addressing the risk to staff attributed to tree-related operations.
